AirlineKnowHow, LLC, is a global airline, aviation and airport consulting firm founded in 2008 by Rich Paegel, the president and principal consultant along with his ties to a multitude of aviation advisory resources to provide project management support as necessary to meet most clients' needs.

The vision is to build an aviation consulting firm based on the personal knowledge built from actual experiences in almost every facet of the commercial aviation business. To build a business philosophy that focuses on the need to live the client’s business to better blend in and work directly with the internal stakeholders. To understand the client’s entire organization from the front line employees to the executive offices to ensure the consulting relationship is based on a solid working knowledge of the client’s business model.
